Ingredients for a 20cm. X20cm. dish


150 ml. olive oil (10 spoons)

70 gr. dark chocolate

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla puree

½ cup ground almonds

¼ cup high quality cocoa powder

2 tablespoons Sweet N’Low

½ a teaspoon baking powder

½ a teaspoon salt


Preparation instructions

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in half a min. pulses until it melts and shiny

Add olive oil and stir to combine

In a separate bowl whip eggs and vanilla puree until the batter is blown out

Add the chocolate to the eggs batter and whip to combine

Add the dry ingredients into the batter and whip until well combined

pour batter into baking dish covered with baking paper

Bake 15 to 20 min. in a preheated 180ºc oven

Cool the brownies a while after baking

Cut into 16 squares
