3/4 cup whole wheat flour

3/4 cup oatmeal

½ spoons of Sucra Diet1

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

50 gr. melted butter

8 kg. ? 9 Grand Smith apples peeled and pitted, sliced into sections of 1.5 cm. thick

10 gr melted butter

1 sachet Sucra Diet

1 teaspoon cinnamon


Preparation instructions

Heat oven to 175ºC

In a medium ball mix flour, oatmeal, Sucra Diet and herbs

Add melted butter ad keep stirring to crumble texture/ put aside

In a big bowl put sliced apples, cinnamon, Sucra Diet sachet and melted butter

Stirr until all the apples are evenly covered

Transfer apples to an oiled rectangular baking dish

Distribute the crumbs over apples making a uniformed layer over apples

Bake 35 to 45 min. or until the crumble becomes golden

Take the crumble out of the oven and let it cool down for at least 10 min. before serving
